Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2025

At ContentRise, we provide custom digital services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with part of the content or experience, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your concerns and work with you to make necessary revisions or provide a partial credit toward future work—if appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after work has begun

  • Missed deadlines due to delayed client communication

  • Services already approved by the client
